I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the community members who came out to share their thoughts and ask questions at our recent town hall and board meeting. Your input is invaluable to us as we work together to improve our neighborhood.

August has been a busy month for our neighborhood. We recently held a significant board meeting on August 8th and had wonderful participation from residents. The Board has been engaged in strategic planning sessions, along with one resident who came to all of them. We also have Board meetings scheduled this week!

• Tuesday, August 20 at 6pm: A Board Meeting to discuss candidates for the District Manager position. Agenda

• Wednesday, August 21 at 6:30pm: A Town Hall where we will share the outcomes of our Strategic Planning with the community. Please note that No Votes or Actions will be taken by the Board at this meeting. Agenda

I hope this newsletter finds you well. I was traveling with my family for most of July, which was a refreshing break. We are back now and getting ready for school to start! I wanted to share a few updates and important information with all of you.

I was delighted to see so many residents at the June 13th meeting.Your participation and thoughtful insights will be instrumental in shaping the future improvements of our cherished community assets. During the meeting, the board had an opportunity to hear a diverse range of ideas and suggestions on how we can make our pools more accessible and enjoyable for all residents, as well as how to enhance our pickleball courts to accommodate growing interest in this fantastic sport.

I was so excited to see so many residents at the May 24 meeting. I really appreciate everyone that was able to come out on such short notice. The board had official business to address before the next scheduled meeting.
